Thirty Second Prayer

This activation is a great activity because it breaks the students out of their normal mode of praying for healing and they will often see quick results. Here is how it works:

• Identify people who need physical healing in some area that they will know whether they are healed or not.
• The students will pray for a total of 30 seconds for the person. They will have to get their name, the condition and pray all in that time.
• The students will pray simple prayers of command for healing. Nothing more complex than that.
• After the thirty seconds have the students check in and see if there is no improvement, some improvement or total healing.

I usually have them repeat a couple of iterations and see God continue to touch and heal people.
